Another great day with Little D...

This is the logo/sign on the entrance to the baby house. We've gone by this every day but only really noticed it yesterday. Very special. We again had a wonderful day with Little D today. It was really quiet around town today (likely as it is Sunday). We had a nice long visit today and the time is starting to pass quicker each time. Little D surely remembers us each day more and more and it is so evident the second that he sees us come in. Big smile. Normally one dimple, but today I think I saw 2! We honestly can't believe how sweet of a little boy he is. He is so interested in my face. Touching, sticking his little paws in my mouth, playing with my ears. Too cute. But he is so gentle.

He is about to take a step any day on his own too. Our translator has a 3 year old and showed us some tricks today to get him to balance on his own. So funny. He balanced for like 2 seconds and started to have little shakes from straining. But he did it. We tried a little more with him but he is quite reliant on us and trusts us to hold him.

Chris was sitting with him and showing him how to use a little toy that you press on the top to make the balls inside move. Chris showed him 2 times how to do it, and Little D caught right on. He is so sweet.

Chris and I have not gone out to dinner at a restaurant since we have been here. LOL - I know, this is not like us. But seriously, the language here is so foreign and we don't understand menu's unless there are pictures. We pick up a few groceries every other day and just eat here. Its all good. We will be in Moscow for the last 3 days of our trip, at a hotel, and won't be able to eat in. Being a bigger city - higher chance to find some Englishmen.

Tomorrow is Monday, then Tuesday we will go to the Notory to sign some official paperwork (power of attorney for our lawyer/coordinator to represent us, and our petition to the court). Then Wednesday, our last day here, we will spend as much time as possible with Little D, then we fly to Moscow late in the evening. Enjoying every moment we have. xxoo
